Fried Rice with Mixed Vegetables

This is one of those quick one dish meals that I do when I am too lazy to cook anything elaborate ;p

Ingredients:
Cooked rice
Mixed vegetables
Button Mushroom (sliced)
Chicken Frankfurters
Garlic (chopped)
Dark Soy Sauce
Light Soy Sauce
Cooking wine
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Water


Method:

1. Heat oil and saute garlic.
2. Add in chicken frankfurters and button mushrooms and stir fry for 1min. Season with a little salt.
3. Add in mixed vegetables and rice.
4. Season with dark and light soy sauce and pepper.
5. Stir fry on medium-high heat for 1min.
6. Add a little water if it’s too dry.
7. Add some cooking wine and finish with a quick stir fry.
