Porks Ribs

Wow....I can't believe it that the last time I blogged about food was almost 3 months ago??? Aiks, how can this be ;p OK, anyway I will always love cooking and here's something really yummy! I cooked this some time ago so just agak-agak la here ;p

It would look better with some garnishing of parsley or something but hey, this is home cooked food and nobody eats the garnishing, so save it la hor. Dont waste the things we dont eat ma. :)



Ingredients:
Pork Ribs
Light Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Chinese Cooking Wine
Sugar
Sesame Oil
White Pepper Powder
Tomato Sauce
Onion
Oil
Salt
Water
Corn Flour


Method:
1. Marinate pork ribs with those ingredients highlighted in yellow for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat some oil and stir fry onion till fragrant.
3. Pour in the marinated pork ribs and its sauce. Stir fry till ribs look 1/2 cooked.
4. Add in tomato sauce and season with some salt to your preference. You can add more sugar or pepper....it's all up to your tastebud.
5. Add enough water to cover the meat and let it simmer until soft, adding water whenever needed.
6. Mix corn flour with a little water and pour in the mixture to thicken the sauce.
7. Serve hot with rice. Delicious!
