Chicken with Preserved Black Beans (Tau See)



Ingredients:
Chicken (cut into medium sized pieces)
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Preserved Black Beans (Tau See)
Salt
Water
Oil


Method:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic, ginger and onion.
2. Add in tau see and stir fry till fragrant.
3. Add in chicken and stir fry for 1-2min.
4. Season with a little salt (do not add too much as tau see is salty).
5. Pour in some water and cook till chicken is tender.
6. Serve with rice.
