Long Bean Omelet

One of my favourite omelet...


Ingredients:
Garlic
Long Beans
Eggs (beaten with some pepper and salt)
Salt
Oil


Method:
1. Heat a little oil and saute garlic.
2. Add in long beans and stir fry for 2min.
3.Season with some salt.
4. Spread the long beans over the pan/wok. Pour the egg mixture over it.
5. Let it cook till the edge of the egg looks cooked, then turn over.
6. Dish up when both sides are cooked.
