Stir Fried TomYam Ladies Fingers

This was an experimental dish simply because I didn't have any chili at home ;p It turned out quite well and very easy to do. Good if you'te lazy to cook :)



Ingredients:
Ladies Fingers (sliced thinly)
Garlic
Dried Shrimp (chopped)
TomYam Paste
Salt
Oil
Water


Method:
1. Heat oil in wok and saute garlic.
2. Add in dried shrimps and tomyam paste. Stir fry till fragrant.
3. Add in ladies fingers. Season with a little salt.
4. Stir fry for 2min.
5. Add a little water, and continue to stir fry until the ladies fingers are cooked (I like it soft, so usually will cook for a longer time).
6. Dish up when done.
