Pan Fried Dory Fish in Black Pepper Sauce

One of the dishes for dinner yesterday.

Ingredients:
Dory fish fillet
Black pepper sauce
Garlic and Onion (minced)
Salt
Oil
Water


Method:
1. Marinate fish with all ingredients except water and oil.
2. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan.
3. Pan fry the fish (without the marinate sauce) till it gets brownish on both sides.
4. Add a little water to the marinate sauce and cook with the fish till sauce gets thick. Yummy with rice :)
