This is definitely a quick stir fry dish and you can have many variations depending on the vegetables of your preferred choice.
Ingredients:
Celery
Carrot
Button Mushroom
Garlic
Oyster Sauce
Salt
Water
Oil
Method:
1. Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic.
2. Add in carrot and celery and stir fry for 1min.
3. Put in button mushroom. Season with oyster sauce and salt.
4. Add in water and cook for 1-2min and it’s ready!
