Fried Rice

I was back to Taiping again last weekend and because mum went for a local trip with her friends to Ipoh, I figured I'd just cook fried rice for lunch. Hope dad finds it OK!

Ingredients:
Cooked rice
Carrots (diced)
Cabbage (cut into small pieces)
Onions (diced)
Dried Chinese Mushroom (soaked till soft and diced)
Dried Shrimps (soaked)
Eggs (beat till fluffy)
Soya sauce
Dark soya sauce
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Oil
Water

Method:
1. Heat oil in a wok and sauté onions.
2. Add in dried shrimps and stir fry for 1-2min.
3. Put in the carrots, cabbage and mushrooms. Mix well and cook for 3-4min.
4. Season with soya sauce, salt, sugar and pepper.
5. Stir in the eggs. Let the egg cook for a while before mixing it with the vegetables.
6. Add in the rice. Put in some dark soya sauce and mix well.
7. Add soya sauce and some pepper to the mixture.
8. You can add a little water if it gets too dry.
9. Stir fry for another 1-2min and the meal is ready :)
