For those of you who are familiar with this dish, you would think I should use the reddish preserved beancurd called "nam yu" but well, I realised the bottle that I have had expired ;p Oops...so, what to do? Use la whatever is available :) So, now I can tell you that it's taste pretty good too with bean paste.
Ingredients:
Arrowhead (sliced)
Pork (sliced)
Garlic
Bean Paste
Water
Oil
Method:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic.
2. Add in arrowhead and stir fry for 1-2min.
3. Add in pork and bean paste. Stir fry for 1min.
4. Add some water and let it simmer then turn to medium-low heat.
5. Once pork is cooked, dish up.
