This soup is very easy to prepare but full of nutritions. Black beans is a good source of protein and fibre and it may help to lower blood cholesterol and control blood sugar too! I love this soup because the black beans make the soup smells really fragrant. I used chicken to make this soup but I think pork will be fine too.
Ingredients:
Chicken (cut into medium-sized pieces)
Black beans
Salt
Water
Method:
1. Boil a pot of water.
2. Put in chicken and black beans. Cook for at least 2 hours or until the beans turn soft.
3. Season with salt. Done!
