Dinner_14Jan10

I'm trying to finish up the remaining dory fish in the freezer, so I cooked a slight variation today for dinner. Instead of using bean paste, I used some light soy sauce. The rest of the ingredients are the usual garlic and ginger. Not bad too, but it tastes milder compared to the bean paste version.

As for vege, it's broccoli with chicken in oyster sauce. Nothing fancy but since we both love broccoli, even a simple stir fry with garlic is good enough.

The 3rd dish is sardines with onion (my favourite canned food ;p). So, we have a double dose of fish today!
