Fried Rice with Cabbage and Chicken


Ingredients:
Rice (cooked)
Cabbage
Onion
Chicken Meat
Light Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Pepper
Salt
Sugar
Dark Soy Sauce
Oil


Method:
1. Marinate chicken meat with light soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper for 30min.
2. Heat oil and saute onion.
3. Add in chicken meat and stir fry for 1 min.
4. Add in cabbage. Season with salt and sugar.
5. Pour in rice and mix well.
6. Add in dark soy sauce and mix to coat the rice.
7. Stir fry for 1min and dish up.
