This may not look very nice but my hubby loved it. We had this with another vege dish as dinner.
Ingredients:
Pork (minced)
Carrot (chopped finely)
Onion (chopped finely)
Salt
Sugar
Corn Flour
Pepper
Sesame Oil
Light Soy Sauce
Oil
Ingredients:
Pork (minced)
Carrot (chopped finely)
Onion (chopped finely)

Method:
1. Mix everything together, except the oil, and let it marinate for at least 30min.
2. Take a spoonful of the mixture and pan fry on a non stick pan.
3. Cook 2-3min on each side.
4. Serve with chili sauce.

I think the "pork patties" look yummy! :D
The meat will stick together better if I had added an egg white into the mixture :)
