Mifen Soup version 2
Ingredients:
Mifen (soaked till soft in water)
Tomato (2-3, cut into wedges)
Chicken meat (cut into small pieces)
Button Mushroom (sliced)
Carrot (sliced)
Chinese cabbage (cut into slices)
Chicken Frankfurters (sliced)
Egg Tofu (cut into thick slices)
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Pepper
Garlic (crushed lightly)
Salt
Water
Method:
1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Add in garlic, tomatoes, cabbage, carrot and mushroom. Simmer for 10min.
3. Add in chicken meat, frankfurters and tofu.
4. Season with salt, pepper, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
5. Add in mifen and cook for 3-4min.
6. Serve hot.
