Spaghetti Aglio Olio


Felt like eating something light (er…if you consider pasta a light meal ;p) and healthy but lazy to cook. Anyway, this is ready in 30min and it’s yummy!


Ingredients:
Spaghetti (cooked per packet instruction)
Tomatoes
Red bell pepper
Parsley (chopped finely)
Mixed herbs
Garlic (sliced)
Olive oil
Salt


Method:
1. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan and saute garlic till it starts to brown.
2. Add in red bell pepper and stir fry for 2-3min.
3. Add in tomatoes and continue to stir fry for another 1-2min.
4. Season with salt.
5. Put in the spaghetti and mix well.
6. Add in mixed herbs and parsley. Stir fry for 2-3min.
Dinner’s ready!
