Vegetarian Corn Soup


Ingredients:
Corn
Carrot
Potato
Chinese Cabbage
Red dates
Egg Tofu
Salt
Note: You may add some wolfberries and other Chinese herbs too.


Method:
1. Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to boil for ~1 hour.
2. Season with salt and serve hot.
