Turmeric Fried Fish


I bought 2 fishes last weekend and since I have steamed one, I thought I’ll just simply fry this one. If you don’t like turmeric powder, you can omit it.

Ingredients:
Fish (cleaned and make 2-3 cuts on the body on both sides)
Turmeric powder
Pepper
Salt
Light soy sauce
Oil


Method:
1. Marinate fish with salt, pepper and turmeric powder for ~30min.
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
3. Fry fish on both sides till golden brown.
4. Dish up and pour 1 tbsp of light soy sauce over the fish.
