Stir Fried Potatoes in Dark Soy Sauce

A stand alone dish?? Almost….since it’s only potatoes and onions.
Well, I really don't have much vegetables left in the fridge, so I just cook whatever that's left ;p
Although this is simple, it taste nice :)



Ingredients:
Potato (cut into slices)
Onions (cut into wedges)
Dark soy sauce
Pepper
Salt
Sugar
Oil
Water


Method:
1. Heat a little oil in a wok and saute the onions.
2. Put in the potatoes and stir fry for 5-6min.
3. Add in dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Mix well.
4. Add enough water and cook till potatoes are soft.
