Ingredients:
Broccoli
Carrot
Shallot
Oyster sauce
Salt
Oil
Water
Method:
1. Heat oil in wok and sauté shallots for 1-2min.
2. Put in carrot and broccoli and stir fry for 3-4min.
3. Season with oyster sauce and salt. Add some water.
4. Let it simmer till boiling and cook for 1 more min before serving.
